1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Arkatech Beatz Beat License Drop is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Arkatech Beatz Entertainment LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Beat License Drop runs as a weekly sweepstakes. Each entry period opens Monday at 12:00AM EST and closes Friday at 8:00PM EST. A new entry period begins each week. Entries do not carry over between weekly periods.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Paid Entry: Visit arkatechbeatz.com and purchase a Beat License Drop entry at $9.99 per entry. At checkout enter the name of the beat from the Arkatech Beatz Radio catalog that you wish to win in the order notes field. Multiple entries are permitted. Each $9.99 purchase constitutes one entry.

Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, mail a 3x5 index card with your full name, email address, and the name of the beat you wish to win to:

One free entry per person per weekly entry period. Handwritten entries only. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday of the active entry period to be eligible for that week's drawing.
5. WINNER SELECTION
One winner is selected per weekly entry period. Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that week's entry period. The drawing takes place live every Friday at 8:00PM EST during the Arkatech Beatz Radio live stream. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each weekly period.
6. PRIZE
One winner per week receives:
- Non-exclusive beat license for the selected beat from the Arkatech Beatz catalog
- WAV + MP3 files of the selected beat
- Arkatech Beatz Limited License Agreement (PDF)
- Artist Song Release Checklist (PDF)
- Music Publishing Starter Guide (PDF)
- Song Split Sheet Template (PDF)
Approximate retail value: $999.00
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Arkatech Beatz Entertainment LLC.
The beat license is subject to the standard Arkatech Beatz Limited License Agreement terms including but not limited to: up to 2,000,000 total streams, paid live performances allowed, music video monetization allowed, digital distribution allowed, physical distribution up to 2,000 copies, 50/50 publishing split, and producer credit required on all public releases as "Produced by Arkatech Beatz."
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will be announced live during the Arkatech Beatz Radio stream every Friday at 8:00PM EST. The winner will receive their prize package delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout or on their mail-in entry. No action is required from the winner to claim their prize. Prize delivery will occur within 5 business days of the winner announcement.
8. BEAT ELIGIBILITY
Only beats currently available in the Arkatech Beatz catalog and actively playing on Arkatech Beatz Radio are eligible for the weekly drawing. Entrants must specify an eligible beat at the time of entry. If an ineligible beat is named the entrant will be contacted to select an eligible alternative prior to the drawing.
9. PUBLICITY
By entering the sweepstakes the winner agrees to allow Arkatech Beatz Entertainment LLC to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes including but not limited to stream announcements, social media posts, and marketing materials, without additional compensation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arkatech Beatz Entertainment LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation all entries from the affected period will be void. Arkatech Beatz Entertainment LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. DISPUTES
All disputes arising from this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within the State of Georgia.
